• Currently looking for an RMT (or similar health profession) to rent the studio 3 days per week

• A fully equipped studio space in the desirable location of the Beltline, inside District Studios, for practitioners who don’t need a studio space 7 days a week

• Free client underground parking

• Comfortable studio including a sink, massage table, linens, towels, and a towel warmer

• Exclusive Studio availability on decided days/week, for a 6-month lease. Access to the studio space for 24 hours on your chosen days.

• A concierge who welcomes clients and will let you know that your client has arrived

• If you are driving, access to non-reserved heated underground parking

• Access to the building gym and lounge facilities while you are on-site

• On-site laundry

What you offer:

• You are an RMT with Completion of a 2200-hour Massage Therapy diploma (or similar health profession)

• As an RMT: Member in good standing with one of the accredited massage organizations in Alberta, hold business insurance coverage, and an up-to-date Calgary massage practitioner business license

• Business license to operate in the City of Calgary

• Ability to commit to a 6-month lease, with option of renewal

• Ability to look after the studio and keep it clean and presentable

• You are responsible for your own business and bookings, and providing your own lotion and laundry soap

• References: 1 professional and 1 personal
