Hey there! Thank you for stopping by :) I’m Krista, the founder of Genesis Wellness.

I’ve been practicing for over a decade (time sure flies!), and it’s safe to say that those years have taught me a lot. I practice from a place of skill and compassion, bringing my knowledge to the table to give you the best care that I can.

I am always curious and learning, and hold a particular interest in fascia and the lymphatic system, often incorporating these modalities into my sessions.

In my downtime (what downtime? Kidding!) I enjoy being outdoors, working out, adding to my indoor garden, learning Português, and exploring different countries. And of course, brainstorming how I can help my clients :)
